49 years old, is the 3rdgeneration disciple of Hong Kong Yip Men Wing Chun Kung Fu; the 9thgeneration disciple of authentic Wing Chun Kung Fu; the representative inheritor of intangible cultural heritage projects in Jiyang District, Jinan City.
Master Zhang started his Kung Fu journey since his childhood and tried different Kung Fu Styles. It is from the year 2014, he quitted his job to study Wing Chun Kung Fu under Mr. Li Hengchang full heartedly. 
In 2016, he founded the Traditional Chinese Wing Chun Kung Fu Culture Centerin Jiyang District, Jinan City, and beganteaching Wing Chun Kung Fuofficically.
From 2018, he has been involved in voluntary teaching at Jinan High-Tech Fire Brigade, Shandong University Affiliated Middle School, Shandong Vocational College, and other places.
In 2019, he became the coach of the Shandong branch of the Chinese Wing Chun Kung Fu Association and, together with his senior brothers, trained a large number of outstanding students. He also obtained the Wing Chun Kung Fu coach qualification certificate.
In 2019, he achieved second place in the group project, second place in the King's 13 Seconds 60kg group, an award in the Wooden Dummy category, and third place in Chi Sau at the first Chinese Wing Chun Kung Fu Association Exchange Competition.
In 2021, he participated in the recording of the "Tell Chinese Stories Creative Communication Competition" and won the first prize in the Shandong regional competition and the second prize in the national competition.
In 2022, after a long period of observation by Mr. Li Hengchang, recognizing his excellent character and Kung Fu skills, Zhang Wei was formally accepted as his dispel and the ninth-generation disciple of Wing Chun Kung Fu.
